Submission Requirements
1 Sketchbook with focused research and design, toile fabric research, evidence of technical skills development, in-depth design development including detail, cut and construction research and design and photographs and sketches documenting your 3D development. Although you are not asked to design your own garments you must produce a wealth of drawings and sketches to that evidence your understanding of the key components of a range of garments.
2 Technical Folder
3 Contextual Folder
Elements for inclusion in your professional portfolio
// Development board including fabric selection
// Specification drawings of your chosen outfit, back and front separate or on the development board
// Final illustration/s of your chosen outfit
Final [impeccably-made] toile worn by suitable model styled and photographed, consider the editorial quality
Supporting garment pattern/s and earlier toile/s
Finished toiled outfit, complete with detailing and fastenings interpreting your chosen catwalk outfit/look
